Frux Home and Yard LifeTime Replacement Warranty

Optional Extended WarrantyThe following information provides details on the Frux Home & Yad LifeTime Replacement Warranty.

Frux Home & Yard (formerly Life Quintessentials) offers a LifeTime Replacement Warranty. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser whom must have registered for the extended warranty before making any claim.

The Replacement Warranty only covers the following products:

1- Sili Mitts Silicone Oven Mitts

2- Cheese Board and Cutlery Set

3 - Deluxe Cheese Board and Cutlery Set (20pc)

4- Manual Coffee Grinder

Proof of Purchase & Registration of Extended-Warranty Required:

Any extended warranty services or questions must accompany the order number from the transaction through which the warranted product was purchased, so that we can check the Order Number against our registered list. You must retain the order number and provide your Facebook account name as this serves as your proof of extended warranty coverage.

Frux Home & Yard (formerly Life Quintessentials) will offer no warranty service without this information.

Types of Problems Covered:

The Free 1-Year Replacement Warranty covers the Frux product against defects in materials or workmanship. 

Should they ever fail to provide satisfaction because of defects in materials or workmanship, we will replace at no cost to you. This warranty covers one replacement per purchase for the lifetime of the product. This warranty does not cover abuse, misuse or mistreatment of the product. 

How Problems Are Corrected: 

To correct any problems with defects in material or workmanship, please either email customer support at help@fruxhomeandyard.com, call us at 1-888-410-2340 or type "help" in our Frux Facebook Messenger to contact a customer experience agent.

You will also need to include a description of what the problem is and a picture or video of the problem. The picture or video may allow us to approve your product replacement without you having to ship it back to us first.

Once we receive your request, a customer support expert will follow up with you within 24 to 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays).

If your claim is approved, we will ship out a replacement set to the original address that the product was shipped to, when first ordered.

If the request is not approved, the reasons why will be included, and you may be required to send the product back for inspection first.

This free replacement warranty covers product replacement and does not include refunds.
